Ugh! This application is hideous! Isn't there an easier way to get a character?
You can get a human character very quickly. This doesn't require coming up with explanations for powers, special skills, magic, super technology—all the things that make a powered character require an application process. We accept very bare-bones applications for original human characters who don't have high-powered skills or technology.

But I want to play a powered character!!
Then apply. Or get a human character now, and prove to the players and admin that you are to be trusted with more power. Remember, with great power comes great responsibility.
