[index] [one] [two] [three] Another key cause of a retcon is disregard of MUX policy, whether it is unintentional. Be sure that you are familiar with the policies defined in the news files. Make sure that you abide by the rules and regulations give with respect to Tinyplots, what makes a tinyplot, and under what circumstances your character can be changed in any way. This includes things like giving your characters powers, technology, skills, and the like without permission from the Roleplay and Continuity departments. The key to avoiding a retcon forced upon you is to keep the wizards informed of your actions. Never assume that people know what you are doing, and when in doubt, ask. It is much easier to contact a wizard than it is to have to backtrack roleplay. |
