This could also be called "let the roleplay staff do its job and go out and have fun." Do just that. The wizards have taken as intense and meticulous care as they could to ensure that the persons awarded the characters that they are playing are appropriate for the task. If you think someone is behaving in a manner ill befitting their character, you can report to a roleplay staff member, but under no circumstances are you to approach the player. Players are often not aware of all of the IC occurrences that another player experiences. The responsibility of a player is to play their character, to stay IC and react ICly to IC events. There is no distinction here for FCs or NFCs. It is completely inappropriate for you to tell someone else how to play. It is demeaning and intrusive, and insulting. It engenders a hostile roleplay environment and it hurts everyone involved.
