A featured character is a character who has an official comic-book history before the continuity break for the MUX, or a post-cutoff character who has been placed on the list of featured characters by the Wizards. Mutatis Mutandis is an X-MUX by design, and so of course we would like to see these characters played on the MUX. Consider this fleshing out the backdrop of the MUX. The gameworld assumes that these people exist, and so without their in character online existence, the gameworld can in some cases be diminished. On the other hand, many of the 'Featured' characters are not missed in their absence. So in the end, this just boils down to a list of people it's safe to apply for:)

To obtain a featured character, complete the application given in 'news application' and email it to apps@mutatismutandis.org, including 'FC: <name of character>' in the subject of the letter.
