MMM has a policy of requiring registration through application for all characters on the MUX. We also have a policy of "No OOC Characters" unless said characters are in some way affiliated with the actual administrating of the MUX. Staff people may take on OOC characters if they actively require an OOC character for the completion of their staff duties.
