A Theta Class mutant is no mutant at all, this is a pure human who does not possess an X-Factor in any way, shape or form, nor any power above and beyond the power expected from the average being. These peoples' children may have a small chance of being Etas, and cannot themselves become altered humans by any sort of natural fluke, and possibly not by design. Thus these people will die when exposed to gamma radiation or radioactive spiders.
