A character classified as 'regularly active' should be just that -- active on a regular basis. These characters fall under the standard MUX policies regarding inactivity, vacations and idle-nuking. These are the characters who have heavy portions of IC responsibility and are online sufficiently to properly provide that presence for the MUX. Ideally, these characters will not be idle or inactive for long periods of time without prior Tinyplot approval. Refer to gameplaying rules for more information on these topics.
