Character's Name(s) and Titles
Give all names and aliases of the character for which you are applying.

Note that all characters are subject to the policies in 'news names'. Please do not pick a name such as Charles or Scott or Jean. There are plenty of names in the world that you do not need to do this. Unfortunately, there can be only one object in the database named 'Charles'.

The Wizards do reserve the right to deny the use of any name for any reason.

Character's Age
How old is your character? Your character's age is something that we need to know. While we don't need an exact age, we do need to know about how much life experience you character could have had.
