Availability to be IC How stable is your access? Keep in mind that it is MUX policy that regularly active characters remain active and on-line and available for role-play for 10 hours a week. While we realize that real life can happen, and should always take precedence, we need to know that you will invest an appropriate minimum of time to help keep the game going. If you don't think you can be around a lot, apply for a human or non-feature or tinyplot oriented character who is not required on a daily basis. Additionally, please indicate which activity classification you feel should apply to this character and the circumstances surrounding your playing the character. Refer to 'news activity' for more information. For pre-existing Marvel characters, what are commonly referred to as 'featured characters' online, a suggested rating may already be assigned by the Wizards. Be up front with us during the application process. Do not apply for someone whose presence is critical to the MUX if you do not have the time to dedicate to that character. Keep in mind that the game is rather like a spiders web, and all the threads of all the players lives are intricately connected. If you know now that the limits set forth in the news files are something you will have trouble meeting, please tell us now exactly how much time you intend or expect to be able to be on-line and available for role-play. |
