Character's Contacts
Friends, enemies, family, high government mucky-mucks and lowly street bums. This is where you should list who the character knows, how well, and what exactly this person might be willing to do for them, and what your character might be willing to do in return. Who can you run to, where can you hide, who will do things for you unquestioningly or bail you out at 3 A.M.. In order to list an established character as a contact, this must be approved by the established character prior to application or part of a feature character's established history prior to the MUX's break with comic continuity.

If you are writing up a character and can't think of anyone to know, then make something up that is still appropriate for that character. Even the lowliest bum still might know the few other bums who share his alley. Be creative! Give yourself built-in role-play! If you are a college student, perhaps you have classmates or a roomie. Make them up, and then you can always role-play a situation where your roommate has left too many dirty dishes in the sink and it's driving you insane. The only people who really have no contacts in the entire world are people who have been mysteriously teleported into the game world, and that is uncommon at best.
