The Character Alterations Department handle all (and we mean ALL) changes to any character which has been inspected. Any modification to your background, contacts, powers, psyche, resources, skills, spells, and tech must be approved by the CA department. Changes to these +stats must in every case be accompanied by pertinent roleplay, and in some cases by an approved Tinyplot. Refer to guidelines on tinyplots for more information.

Applications for new technology crafted ICly by characters with the ability to do so must still be approved by the CA department. For more information, refer to rules on technology.
