All character applications are judged by the entire applications department. Characters with a power class below Epsilon and a techlevel below 5 may be handled by one Wizard, though the wizard handling the application may at any time consult the applications department as a whole. This is to ensure that there are as many opinions as possible on the application, and this is why the turnaround is as long as it is. Persons judging an applications have three days to respond, to give us any needed time to garner any other needed input. After that, responses are compiled and if need be, meetings are scheduled to enable the administration to discuss a given application. Should real life interfere, this process may be delayed. When this occurs we will try to post notice in the MOTD.
