This is only the web script. You still need sock.pl and
telnet.pl that come with the regular webster code. This
code has been updated by Shade at Mutatis Mutandis MUX
to work with ispell. 

Note that in the script several variables need to be 
provided by the user. They are in <>'s and all appear 
before the infinite while loop.
